Can't beat the Doro Phone
This was a replacement for my wife's old Doro 618 that had lasted many years. It works great, and the bluetooth works very well with her hearing aids.

It does what it is supposed to do. Very helpful for someone with mobility impairments.
The riser does what it's supposed to do, and has helped my wife. The arms are hard to remove if you're a large guy like me. It is not the fault of the product. I'm adapting. Like any item that attaches to top of a toilet, you will need to remove it from time to time for thorough cleaning as there will be some buildup under the riser. You have to consider that as a normal part of cleaning a toilet.
