from a scale 1-5 equals 1 or 2. as far as adapting the hoses is very easy just match the color code press the hoses till stop. it will get a little wet so bring a towel. it take less than half hr.the hardest part is moving the fridge and cleaning.....very happy it solve the issue...now i need the water dispencer filter.....

everything you need is there as it should....except the speakers rattle like it needs to make sure you get enough cushion next time so i will not rattle.....overall good product......
