Poor spring
The button is fine. The spring that is supposed to pop the cover open is to soft of a metal and bends when the cover is closed and doesn't spring back

Motorola T730C
I was given one of these phones by my boss to use. I dropped it and broke the battery cover. The ebay phone was listed an not working for parts only. The price was right and I purchased it. The battery cover was in great shape and I got two spare batteries out of the deal too. I am saving the rest of the phone incase I need another part for mine.

Nice replacement for the price
Perfect fit with one exception. The bolts that hold the front pads to the caliber were tapped to the wrong size. Hole was too big for stock bolts.
