Good and tasty meal replacement
I have used this mix to lose weight. Works great and, when used as directed, you will feel full and nourished. I do recommend a hearty portion of greens and magnesium to avoid constipation.
After losing your desired weight (50+ for me), I still have one shake mid morning, after exercise, with my vitamins to feel my best. I miss it when I run out...so I don't!
