Decent replacement, but not SRAM Red level specific.
It does fit the Red 130mm platform, but it isn't part of the "Red" group, which is what I was really looking for, and found elsewhere. The "Red" level chain ring is more geometrically sophisticated, but I won't return this one. It makes for a good spare.

Primo no flats tire!
I have tried many tire products to reduce flats over the years, including Slime (what a mess if you actually get a flat, plus sticking valve issues), Gator Skins, liners... None of them stopped flats. I ride mostly highway and the biggest culprit for flats for me is steel belted wire fragments which penetrate just about anything. After switching to these tires it took over 2000 miles before I got a piece of wire to penetrate far enough to make it thru the inner tube, and then it was a very slow leak, and in that 2000 mile period I have pulled many pieces of wire and glass from my tires after each ride and none of them made it to the inner tube. One of those tires even endured a 1/4" gash on the rubber with no loss of protection. I'm very pleased.
