OEM Emblem, poor item ????

This my second review this product is deflective??? NO RESPONSE from ebay???? Brought this for my S600 OEM front grill ( used the previous one on a black Grill) however this should not fit on my OEM. It fall out of the hole, this is said to be an OEM product . How do I get it it to fit/stay on the grill
