  The vacuum cleaner works well, more powerful than the V6 it replaces, (and noticeably heavier 2kg v. 1.2kg) The Seller has been very helpful, responsive, and informative when I have asked questions. The supplied bin would not open up to empty (I think it is a 3rd party part, not a Dyson one) so the seller has supplied a Dyson part which works fine. Both deliveries were on time or earlier, via Royal Mail. Recommended all round.
