Item was described as new and appears to be that. The pods were missing and I believe when the item was repackaged after taking pics the pods were just missed. In any event the Seller gave me a small credit for that. Additionally, the Seller was very responsive before and after the sale. I'm pleased with the item and I didn't have any issues registering it with Nespresso.
