Delivery issues: If passed the estimated date of delivery follow this rule : 3 Days passed (Delayed item) 10 days passed (Lost item)
All items are posted by me on the same day/next day to arrive within 2-5 days time frame. However sometimes Royal Mail can cause delays which can take up to 10 working days (Excluding holidays and Sundays).(Not me but happy to help with info). If still concerned please drop a message I will always help out
