Great watch but beware known QC issues
Seiko's "turtle" watches are great value for the money, but quality control issues are not uncommon. Misaligned bezels, chapter rings, indices, and date wheels are more common than they should be for a product at this price point.

Day wheel misaligned
The watch is beautiful in almost every respect, EXCEPT, the day wheel is slightly misaligned. The day of the week will show at a slight angle and higher in the date window than the day number. The day number is perfectly centred. Another reviewer mentioned a similar issue with day/date wheel alignment.
I have several Seiko watches with the same calibre and day/date complication, and none of them have this issue. If I can, I might return/exchange it.

The Samurai offers a Lot of Wrist Presence.
2 of 2 found this helpful A beautiful watch of great quality. The Samurai line is solid and manly, offering a lot of wrist presence. If there is one complaint, it would be Seiko's pin & collar system for bracelet links. Your patience and eyesight must be outstanding when adding or removing the links.
