  Packaging was good. The parcel arrived late due to Christmas postage so no fault of the seller. Loads of constant communication. Very expensive cards, one ended up damaged , we couldnt agree on a partial refund so I said I would like a full refund. Buyer was absolutely fine with this and very understanding, really couldn't fault the buyer and I would happily buy again. Thank you !!

  I don’t like having to give bad feedback but this listing was misleading. Description only stated: “Good condition (tested) in good working order”. There was no mention of the missing isolator springs and feet, essential to eliminating vibrations etc. not clearly shown in photos. Cost £68.40 to replace. Also both hinges were shown intact in the photos. the seller insisted they were like that when he packed the item. But they were broken off when it arrived and parts not found in the box.
