  Hi - upon opening the package, the DVD player unit has been damaged, presumably in transit (see photos). The transport tray is now misaligned, and after attaching the power lead, it does not open, and none of the functions operate.

  Hi, I am unable to send a feedback revision request regarding this matter as it is more than 30 days ago. As soon as you alerted me to the item arriving damaged I began a claim with the delivery company who had caused the damage. They found in my favour and refunded the postage costs and the value of the damaged item. I then refunded you in full. I'm sure that you would agree that the item arriving damaged was totally beyond my control and feel that it shouldn't impact negatively on my feedback
