Best laptop I've ever had
The only downside I personally care is that the Zoom app is too basic on Chrome OS: No virtual background, no videos while sharing the screen, etc.

I regret buying it from day 1
In 9 of 10 cases either the app hangs on loading and never loads, or the app loads and says that the camera is offline. You have to relunch the app multiple times to acheive the streaming. The video quality is acceptable, but the audio is terrible, hard to distinguish any words.

Simple device that just works
Simple device that just works. I use several of these to turn on/off my split ACs with Google home (via SmartThings).
