Nice looking thermometer, but not accurate
0 of 1 found this helpful I have to believe that these thermometers that measure your forehead temperature are not the most accurate. I spent a lot of money on this one, overpaid on eBay of course due to the pandemic, and even though I use it per the instructions, I get temps that don’t make sense. Our family runs from 97.9 to 100.2 today, but using your hand as a guide I can tell that we’re all normal temperature. Temperature fluctuations from minute to minute and day to day are pretty large. I just have zero confidence that this thing is giving accurate readings. If you’re trying to use this to detect a low grade fever, good luck. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this thermometer.
