Japanese Seiko movement for a lot less than a Seiko.
Picard & Cie is a boutique brand managed by LeBonheur West. The materials are high quality, and the movements they use are excellent. Some, like this watch, are large and heavy so if you prefer a more traditional size and weight, you may not like them, but they are reliable and represent an excellent value.
