Not An Upgrade Over Civ III- A Mac User's Perspective

This is more a case of the game not meeting my expectations than it is a bad game. Though it may be a bad game as well. I played this game for about an hour, ejected the CD in a huff and went back to the old Dell Windows XP laptop I keep around just to play Civ III on .Versus Civ III, which I love, the gameplay and controls are incomprehensible. The graphics are just plain odd and seem out of scale and more cartoonish than Civ III. Maybe I'll try Civ IV again later. But I suspect that is a LONG way off.
