Almost
The bushings, the cap outer o-ring, the damping adjuster o-ring and the smallest of the copper seals fit. The rest doesn't. The kit does NOT contain the preload adjuster outer O-ring (which is required to replace) and does NOT contain the compression adjuster housing O-ring.
Next time I will itemize the OE parts instead of paying for unused parts (copper seals and extra large O-rings) and still not getting the whole set.

Definition of Inoperative
2 of 2 found this helpful All the dies have large and thick enough shavings from sloppy finish-machining that they cannot be used. The metal shavings block the thread cutters. Likewise the taps have folded lips and burrs which also preclude their use. I thoroughly regret this purchase.
