The seller was very communicative and sweet even when the postal office messed up and sent my package to Texas by no fault of the sellers own. Item arrived with transit damage even though wrapped quite good, upon notification seller responded within a few minutes, apologised and offered full refund or partial, we agreed on partial and refund given very quickly.
