  I have a no return policy and agreed to refund the buyers money upon receiving the glass. I feel the buyer did not read the listing in full or possibly understand how the quantity selection box with the number of glasses available to the right of their selection works. The picture shows 9 glasses available, Listing doesn't mention a SET anywhere. I have contacted Ebay regarding the situation trying to accommodate the buyer. It's been 10 days and I still have not received the glass back.
