Tested on Windows 10

Good. Apparently the software that was originally sent with this thing was of poor quality or poor reputation. It works to log into Windows no problem, and is almost literally a part of my laptop. I have yet to try it in Linux. DONT SEEK the SOFTWARE for it. Windows will recognize it.

I love it

I've only had mine for three weeks and I love it so much I got a second one for my mother. This gets much better wifi reception than with my android TV devices. I was up and running on YouTube and Netflix in 10 minutes... of course, I already had accounts. There are a outlet of things I wish I could do with it, but, hey, I've only had it for three weeks. This is going to be a major part of my cutting my cable entirely.

Clean clean clean

Follow the instructions on the video. De-dust your device completely as instructed. If you can do it in a clean room, definitely do that. I need tiniest Specht of dust on the screen creates a bubble that you can't get rid of. Don't even try to scrape it off the glue of the screen protector. One piece of dust, buy again and learn your lesson.
