It came very used and the box is scuffed and worn. It is very used and I have only tried to use it because it came with a little charge in it.
There is no electrical cord to charge it up. There is no upholstery attachment to clean chairs. The filter is hard to pull apart so there is something wrong with it since I can’t take it apart to clean. I wanted you to send me the missing parts but now I want to return it because I think there is more wrong with it.
Please I would like to return it.
