Not quite ready to smoke fish
Originally I could not get temp low enough for smoking fish I added adjustable regulator and run with a 20# tank now I have a full range of temperature from 150 degrees to 400 and temp holds steady I haven’t had a chance to use yet just getting ready for Canadian lake trout trip. Now I think it will work fine
