" bet you can't have just one "
This knife is true quality. You have to get a Victorinox knife to compare to the knives that you are using now. Doesn't matter what size, even small paring knives will show you what a great kitchen tool that Victorinox is. Just like potato chips, I bet you can't have just one. You will love the sharp blade, very comfortable handle and excellent price.

It's True!!!
I check out the Trudeau brand. Reviews stated that this brand is quality and at a very good price. It is all true. Very sturdy. It is quality and produces a pressed garlic that adds in blending a true garlic addition to any recipe. The slicing produces an easy way to slice small cloves into equal segments that aid in a quick simmering time in oil. Well done.
