1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this to use with the AWUS036NHR Version 2. Works perfectly, the only issue I had is that if connected through wireless to R36 the download / upload speeds and the connection quality are worse than if connected to R36 using the Ethernet cable. I think the wireless capability of R36 may not be as good as that of other routers available on the market or there could be interferences between the AWUS036NHR and R36 wireless signals. To remedy this problem I turned off the wireless signal in R36 and had to purchase the ALPHA AHPE305 powerline adapter to get the signal transmitted to another room where the connection is needed. I am using a Cisco router in that other room to convert this back into Wireless signal and also through an Ethernet cable from the Cisco router.
