Fender Deluxe VM
I love this amp so very much I bought 4! 2 black and 2 blonde! I play fiddle and guitar so the 65 DRRI doesn't work for me. This amp has more power than the DRRI which the fiddle needs and digital delay as well. also the Celestion speaker is really nice. The foot pedal is really substantial not some flimsy poc. I bought pairs so that I can run them in stereo in larger rooms.

0 of 1 found this helpful This is a good value proposition. I changed the tailpiece and strings pretty quickly, more for personal taste, than necessity. It does not resemble the pictures. the finish is much darker, which is my preference anyway. these pickups which are used on several economical brands are the best sound reproduction I have ever heard, and I have more famous brand electrics. the tone adjustment, and the fact that the bridge is not directly wired to the controls make it much more usable, than some of those more expensive brands.
the acoustic sound and playability of this is actually quite good for it's price point, comparatively speaking. it fits a niche that I need filled, and may not be the best choice for someone who would prefer to have one expensive instrument, vs, many less expensive ones. you can literally buy 4 of these for 1 of the more expensive brand I keep referring to, and the quality difference really doesn't justify the cost differential, in my opinion.
