Not compatible with most recent Linux kernel revisions
LSI MegaRAID cards are generally good, quality cards, but this model (the 84016) doesn't seem to play well with Linux. Tried it with Debian and CentOS. The card works with CentOS 7.1's kernel, but it does not work with CentOS 6.x's, nor does it work with CentOS 7.3's. The result at boot time is a "firmware in FAULT STATE!" message, and the kernel does not initialize the card.
If you're running Microsoft Windows, maybe it works better (haven't tried it, just speculating). But not so well with most Linux versions, unfortunately. I've tried two of these cards with the same results; for Linux users, a different model would be a better idea.

Fits better than I had expected--just be careful with the lower grille plastic posts
This went on a W211, specifically a Mercedes-Benz E320 CDI. For being made in Taiwan, the fit was better than I had expected. It just bolts right on. The factory M-B Hella foglights just bolt right on. The factory bottom M-B plastic black grilles snap right into place and hold. The factory side-marker trim pieces snap right on, too. Everything fits and lines right up like it should.
The only two criticisms:
1.) The vertical posts where the middle grille trim snaps into place do seem to break a bit easier than I had hoped. Maybe this is also true of the original, but I expected it to be a bit stronger. The body shop had that fixed up pretty quickly, though, with some of their body-shop glue and some reinforcement behind.
2.) The hole for the ambient temperature sensor could be tighter so the temp sensor doesn't fall out. A little foam or electrical tape wrapped around the sensor's body takes care of it, but it's somewhat of a cheap hack.
But for the money, this is a pretty doggone good deal.

If you need lower bumper grille clips, these work very well
These are the plastic clips that hold the lower grille trim piece on your front bumper. They're inexpensive, and they hold the grille trim piece in place firmly. They're not so tight that they break when you need to pop out the grille trim piece, e. g. when you need to get to those nuts holding the front bumper cover in place.
