  Seller didn't create shipping label correctly. They said nothing until after I messaged complaint about no-arrival and no updated tracking info. They blamed me for 'getting wrong label' which makes no sense because its their label, then accused me of threatening them when I said I expected a refund if no package arrives. Item arrived 4 days late, very poorly packaged in repurposed boxes and was freely moving inside, no laptop packaging, unprofessional. I won't buy from this seller again.
