It doesn't letme to press negative experience option,says wait for 7days....5days gone seller didn't posted my order when it clearly says on advert 3days postage and 48hours delivery,as per the advert item should be here today,and no updates about delays from seller...if u looking for something urgent and going to buy by looking at their delivery timings etc on advert so be careful

Bizarre. Ordered 1M of rope and 50ml glue. Little flat box arrived quickly with the rope in it, but no glue. Contacted seller (weekend so they didn't see it til Monday) and they sent out the glue which finally arrived today (Friday). The thing is, the glue would never have fitted in the little flat box the rope was in so I don't understand how the order went wrong in the first place. They were apologetic and quick to respond but it didn't half cause a pain in the ring at my end.
