Incorrect parts
One thing I find very frustrating is paying perfectly good money for a item that has the wrong parts included. The wing nuts designed to hold the legs on were too big to fit in the small available place. So, after a trip to the hardware store to purchase a different style nut (and screw due to it's being metric), the assembly could finally be completed, but the project took a lot longer than advertised due to foraging in the hardware store. Doesn't the company have a quality control department where random grills are taken off the line and assembled to be sure the engineers or whoever did their jobs correctly? I have not used the grill yet, so a complete review of its efficiency as a cooking surface isn't possible.
