Does what it says.
This light gun is clearly not as well built as the old nes zappers. The plastic feels cheap, the blaster is not weighted, and the trigger pull does not have the satisfying click. The trigger is also very thin feeling. However, it works well. It scores hits just as well as my original zapper, and it hits where it is aiming. If you don't want to spend the extra money on an original or something with better build quality this will do just fine. Just remember to use an old curved tube tv!
