A Life Savor
1 of 1 found this helpful I love this bread machine! We were kind of in a bind with lock down. The bread at the local store that I could eat with my extreme lactose intolerance was $8 for a half loaf. Keep in mind this is rural Hawaii prices. We don't eat a lot of bread, but we really couldn't get any. We had to mail order yeast (none in the stores) and we got a 50 lb bag of bread flour from Costco (a long drive and a long wait in a line) (again the only flour). I wanted a painless way to make bread. I had a different brand bread machine in the past, it was a pita. I love the Zojirushi bread machine. We have made so much with this machine. I am a total Zoji convert.
