Beatmania
I think Beatmania is actually a pretty good game. It takes a VERY long time to get decent at, but once you do, it is really fun. I was a little disapointed with the song list; most of the songs were songs that I have never heard of and some were just really awful. Also, each song was pretty short, causing you to have to keep playing them over and over again. I do find myself playing it a lot, but you do need time to get decent at it, it will be very FRUSTRATING in the beginning. So overall, I like Beatmania, and I wish Konami would make another game for the U.S. so I have more use for the controller!

Flow Is A Good Game!
1 of 1 found this helpful I think that Urban Dance Uprising is actually a pretty good game. It follows the same exact gameplay mechanics as DDR. Don't be mislead by the name, I still don't get what it means!!! The main attraction for this game is the type of music that it has to offer. What you get is about 50 tracks, all of which are rap or hip hop music. Of course, in a game like this, it is important to be able to enjoy the music. If you're not a real fan of this kind of music, I would stay away. Originally, I did not like a bunch of the tracks, but the more I played it, the more I enjoyed the music. The step charts are pretty good and follow the beat of the tracks. Overall, if you have a dance mat, and don't mind rap music, I would give it a shot! :)
