Actiontec WCB6200Q Wireless Network Extender with Bonded MoCA

Well worth the upgrade

I upgraded from the Actiontec 3000N extender to WCB6200 and what a difference! Better download speeds on my internet and better Wi-Fi reception with 4 antennas. One important note - If your not using it with a propritery service like Verizon then definately do a firmware update found on the Actiontec support site.I had issues that it would not communicate with my Gocoax adapter. Once I upgraded the firmware , it worked flawlessly BUT this firmware update can NOT be used with a Verizon branded Actiontec device. You could brick the device.

More than I expected. Has a very loud siren and a nice size strobe light. Easily connected to my Hubitat hub and great addition to my smart home
