Small but mighty
I've never had a laptop of the small and light variety. My last was an 8 lb. workstation with all the bells and whistles. I didn't pay $2,000 for this or I might have a different opinion. I only paid $800 used, but it's like new. It's very fast. It took me awhile to get used to the small keyboard, and not having a ten-key, and the small screen. My last was 17 inches. This computer is fast and light and powerful all in one. I have it dual booting Windows 11 and Ubuntu 21.10 with plenty of space on the disk. You will probably need a port expander, depending on how you plan to use it, and maybe an external CD/DVD burner, and a couple good sized USB jump drives, and maybe an external monitor, and maybe a bluetooth keyboard and mouse if you plan to do anything but pick it up and take it with you, which is effortless.
