Sound stops when listening to FM and no AM reception
0 of 3 found this helpful I've had it three days now. The sound stops, no audio when listening to FM radio. It's done it twice already. The only way out is to reset the system, which erased all the radio station presets. There is no AM reception at all. I've contacted the seller twice and they are playing confused and unable to understand what the problem is, or if there is a real problem. They even asked for me to send them a video of the problem. I'm already fed up and will be sending the unit back for a refund.
