too short battery life
1 of 1 found this helpful Longer lasting batteries. I am going to try to buy rechargables I need to have it on all night long so I can be able to answer when my apartment friend who is 92 needs to reach me in an emergency without having to dial my phone number. We had hoped we could just use the 2-way radios to do that. But the first night we used it batteries went low and started making noise and that upset her. Might be fine for other applications but this is not what I needed.
