Great resource for teachers and administrators who work with ELL students.

This is a fantastic reference book for any teacher, parapro or administrator working with students with English as a second (or third) language. It includes information on creating a welcoming environment and understanding your students with English as a second language. The book includes many strategies for teaching. Great resource!
