Best Recorder for Personal Notes
2 of 2 found this helpful I have had several RR – QR recorders, and this is the one I use the most. What makes it really easy to use is the thumbwheel. You can scroll through your notes as quickly as you want. without listening to the complete note. So much easier than using a rocker button, or the current digital methods.

Best vibration analyzer for running “routes”
I’ve owned a 2140 for 9 yrs and it’s a rock solid analyzer, probably the best walk-around vibration analyzer there is. I don’t understand why anyone would buy a 4-channel box without the ODS/Modal function though. When buying this expensive of an analyzer it should come with the Bluetooth option (for listening to raw vibration with headphones) and also the 4-channel piggy-back adapter option. Be aware you will have to purchase the expensive software to actually use this with a PC for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
