A nice lidl drill

Lots of features on a light mains voltage drill. Better than spending a lot of money on an equivalent battery version, if you rarely use it. Lidl have these for sale for £19.99 February 2021, at that price is great value, so don't over pay.

Do the job

Handy connector for low voltage tasks. Used mine for connecting up LED strip lights and could be used for any low voltage job that doesn't use a lot of current. Terminals marked plus and minus on both sides, making correct polarity connections simple.

Good as new

The caps I received from "car-bods" appear to be identical to the originals, with all the same numbers etc on the back, the visible only difference being the date codes. Though I have given these a good quality mark, the originals ones should never have corroded in the first place and I can only hope these will be better! I removed the old ones by CAREFULLY drilling a small hole in them, with the intention of pulling out with a screw, but the drill did that on its own. Just don't try and pry them out, which will damage your already very corrosion prone diamond cut wheels. Note: this review will only apply to the item purchased from this seller "car-bods", other sellers may be different, which I think why there is sometimes a variance in the reviews given.
