It’s a great looking product but it does...

It’s a great looking product but it doesn’t fit my 1996 Mercury 75 hp outboard. Rather than hassling with returning it, I was able to modify the slot wide enough to fit properly. It took a little careful effort but it’s on. FYI, less is better for those who choose to go that route as I did. Thanks for the bargain price as it made the difference.
