Handy, but light duty. Good thumbscrews that hold.
Handy tool to have around. The thumb screws work well and hold it pretty well in whatever position you lock it in. The only thing a little disappointing is that it's made out of really thin aluminum, so you need to make sure you don't drop a bigger tool on it or it will bend. But if you take care of it, it's got a lot of uses for quickly copying angles or odd shapes. And in a way, it's good that it's made out of thin metal, so your pencil point stays close to whatever you're writing on as you hold the ruler against it.

Nice rack mount power strip. Great for lab use.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is really handy to have mounted on a machine in the rack mount place. It allows you to plug a bunch of things into both the front and back of it. And you can flick a switch to kill everything at once if you need to. Nice heavy duty cord. I think the cord weighs more than the whole box.

Nice clean quiet cuts. Heavy duty, well made, except for the little clear plastic shield.
1 of 1 found this helpful Works great. Cuts smooth and straight. Much quieter than a usual abrasive type chop saw. The shavings that come off are hot and sharp, so watch where you put your hands when you're done. The only thing I don't like is the little clear plastic shield which seems like an afterthought, and isn't really necessary if you're wearing eye or face protection, so I might just take it off. The saw is pretty heavy, so it's not something I would want to carry around very far.
