Turbokloner review
1 of 1 found this helpful Has a couple of design flaws. First, there is no screen or filter on the water pump. I have had flys get into the water resivoir. The pump chews them up, and they end up plugging the misters. I have lost important clones because of this. I wrapped a piece of screen around the input of the pump to act as a filter. I check it twice a day now, to make sure it is functioning. Works great if it isn't plugged up. This could have been prevented by using a water pump with a filter. There was also plastic in the mister manifold left from the threads being cut. These should have been cleared out before the misters were installed. They also plugged up the misters. Also the humidity dome is sold separately, so it costs extra? I bought it too, it did not seal at all. Huge gap around the edge. It is made too big. Had to modify the Turbokloner with weather stripping to get a seal. Also the nutrient resivoir is vented, and a fan pushes air through. This causes a lot of evaporation, so it is important to check the water level often. I develope great roots in two weeks, now that the bugs are worked out.
