Great flashilght
Very bright wide beam, lights up the night~very good for hilly, rocky rural areas~like daylight~the narrow spotlight lights up a far distance if you need to know what you're headed into~the light will start flashing when it starts to fade but you will still have a lot of light left~pricey, but you get what you pay for~excellent!

Just love the taste of this light cracker~great with cheese and has tumeric which adds a natural healthy herb~

Vites Improve Mental and physical energy
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm 70 yrs old~My energy level picked up immediately with 2 caps in morning and 2 caps at night but it interfered with falling asleep at night so I dropped it to 1 in morning a 1 at night~falling asleep now at night when I should and have a decent amount of energy during the day~take with other supplements, D3, Vit C, Fish Oil, turmeric, glucosamine and probiotics and eat organically, am a meat eater for 50 yrs with no problems and don't look like a walking zombie~needless to say, I'm a very young 70, live in the rural mountains and do work-outs that people half my age would struggle through so long story short, these vites improve mental alertness and definitely work for energy! Take care of yourself and live a younger life!
