Fender Jazz Bass Stack Knob
For those wanting an option besides metal knobs on their stacked controls, this knob set is a good choice. Classic look matches standard knobs, and it's easy to see your settings on a dark stage. My only complaint is that the setscrews are two different sizes.

Shiny, sticky, and works!
Forget the old school shielding strips and the crummy "paint" in that cheap import guitar - this is the real deal. Get yourself some good scissors and a hobby knife, put on some tunes, and do it like the pros. Perfect size - there are a lot of places in your standard Fender or Gibson where 1" or 2" wide is about what you need. 10 feet did a Strat and a Deluxe P-bass. Don't forget to run a ground wire from the shielding to the control wires. Extra Type A bonus points if you also solder the seams together (I just overlap and call it good).

Great long lasting tone
I’ve been using DR Hi-Beams for 25 years. Right out of the package they are full and balanced, but what I love is that they last. I got over 5 years on the last set! Some people always want that fresh bright sound but I find that as these strings age, they get a wonderful mellow tone yet still growl when you dig in. And, they don’t eat your frets (or fingers) like other roundwounds.
