great prouduct whenyou can't reach your cell phone
bought this product as an add on for the base i already have to put in the bed room works great
can't use the cell phone all over the house have to keep it by the window,with the L5BT it's easy to catch phone call's in other part's of the house.
once a person get's used to the product it is easy to use.

didn't find anything bad about this product it started easy have not had a chance to use it
