  Seller was great, but I felt I got stiffed by eBay, seller and I agreed on a price and free shipping but when I sent the offer officially to eBay with a message detailing this eBay said they would let me know if accepted. Less than a minute later they said it was accepted and automatically charged my card with higher shipping than orignal I wound up paying more than the orignal offer. The seller I belive is genuinely upset over this and has offered to send me the money for shipping personally.

  Item (guitar) was described perfectly and was even nicer than descriotion. Very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. There was a minor glitch with shipping that Russ was exceedingly helpful in resolving. Russ was in constant contact through the entire process. GREAT Ebayer!
