  We ordered a car part on October 1, 2022. We did not receive it so we contacted the seller in about 10 days and he said he forgot to send it but will send it immediately. That’s been almost 2 weeks ago and we still have nothing From the seller, nothing that shows it’s been shipped and we have contacted the seller but he refuses to respond. This is an item we need for the heater in my truck and this is the time of year that we really need it so we are very disappointed in the seller
