neat design
This is the second set of LW Talley rings that had tight screw holes, had to drill them slightly larger.

Lots of features and quality for the price.
Like the wide 2.5-16 power selections. Like the side parallex adjustment. Easier and faster to use than adjustable objective. For my taste, 30mm scopes tend to look big and clunky, compared to 1" models. This one isn't that bad. Looks good on the rifle. Long eye relief with enough straight tube for easy mounting with std. bases and rings, even on magnum length actions.
Got good price on Ebay for a used, high quality, state of the art rifle scope. Compares suprisingly well with my Swarovski, Kahles and Zeiss glass, considering the cost differential. Not quite there, (on par with Elite 4200 Series) but close enough to make it interesting. Construction seems sturdy and solid. Time will tell on that. High end Japanese glass can definitely compete with European glass, especially considering the cost/quality ratio.
Overall, pleased with the purchase.

I like the Forceplex reticle.
