A foretelling of a twisted Dystopian world
1 of 1 found this helpful A thought provoking tale of how society was heading which has now become a reality. Considering when the book was written (1949), George Orwell comes very close to the mark. The film stays true to his book and is thought provoking and entertaining at the same time. Watch the film and then read the book if you haven’t already. I think it was a warning of how the world could end up if left to psychopathic, war mongering, power hungry leaders. And here we are, 1984

Great ‘tail end’ tool bag
Nice little ’tail end’ tool bag which is big enough for most tools to be able to carry out trail side repairs. You have to be careful when drilling fixing holes through the inside lining fabric (can get caught up in drill flutes) but at least this allows you to position it exactly where you want it.

Great looking DR350 rear mudguard
1 of 1 found this helpful My 26 year old back end (DR350) was looking very tired and I wanted to make it look slightly more modern. I Decided on the Maier MX style ‘rear fender’. I am very pleased to say that I am over the moon with the look, quality and fitment of it. The instructions from Maier state that it is designed for the ‘bolt on, wrap over support bracket’ should not be fitted and to only use the one 6mm bolt and the two foremost 8mm bolts to secure it! My bike has the aforementioned bracket which also has the very useful ‘handle hoops’ on either side which have a multitude of uses (not least dragging the bike out of bogs etc.) The mudguard had accurately moulded areas where you can position, drill
and fix all five mounting bolts if like me, you want to retain the ‘grab rail/support bracket’ for future use.
I have teamed up the mudguard with an LED tail/brake light/license plate holder from well known brand of aftermarket plastic parts (whose name begins with a P) and really like the look of the finished posterior 👍
