Neso Grande - Periwinkle Blue
It's lightweight and easy to set up! I'm not sure if it is waterproof, but it blocks the sun pretty well which is why we bought it. Regular beach goers with an infant, the weight and ease of set up were big selling points for us. They have a pretty good selection of colors to choose from, but we're terrible partial to periwinkle blue.
